Agus Ubaidillah
Managing Partner
Agus Ubaidillah is founding partner and managing partner of the firm. Public accountant with license number 99.1.0644. Graduated from Economic Faculty of University Padjajaran (Bachelor in Economics) and Certified Public Accountant in Indonesia. Registered as a member of Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant, member of Capital Market Accountant Forum (FAPM), CPA registered in Bank Indonesia to carry audit practice for banking.
Formerly had experiences as head of internal auditor in Private Companies, head of accounting and finance division of PT. Pelita Air Services (Chartered Airlines and Subsidiary Company of Pertamina). Since 1992 established the firm and has been providing audit, accounting, taxation and financial advisory services for various industries and companies.
Mikail Jam’an
Partner
Mikail Jam'an is public accountant with licensed number 0028 and holds Indonesia Public Accountant certification (Certified Public Accountant “CPA”). Registered as member of Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant, member of Capital Market Accountant Forum (FAPM), CPA registered in Bank Indonesia. Having experience as business/tax advisors and auditor for high profile entities such as Geofizyka Torun, Santa Fe Relocation, Chubb Insurance, QBE Insurance, Money Gram, MAA Assurance, Indonesia Commodity and Derivative Exchange.
Practice areas in financial accounting, tax advisory, audit and internal control development.
Graduated from Bachelor (Economics) and Magister in Accounting at University of Indonesia with specialization in taxation, his thesis entitled “Analysis of Transfer Pricing Tax Regulation in Indonesia: “Comparative Study of Comparability Analysis and Documentation”.
Lecturer at Center of Accounting Development, Faculty of Economic University of Indonesia for certification of Indonesian financial accounting standards (CPSAK) and certified public accountant (CPA) programs.
He active in American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia as adviser for financial reporting, internal control, and taxation. Member of BritCham (British Chamber of Commerce Indonesia).
Rizafsyah Taufik

Rizafsyah Taufik is a specialist in finance management advisory. Universitas Padjajaran Graduated (Bachelor in Economic) and also registered accountant in Indonesia.
Formerly working as state auditor in BPKP (Badan Pengawas Keuangan & Pembangunan) "Indonesian State Internal Auditor", Budgeting Manager in Bakrie Group, Finance Analyst Manager in Budget Controller, and as manager of internal audit in Bakrie & Brothers (Holding company of Bakrie Group). Active as trainer and speaker for Financial Management, Budgeting, and Accounting seminar and training for government and state company project.
James W. Castle
Advisory Board Member
In over thirty years of work in Southeast Asia, Mr. Castle has advised in the establishment of numerous foreign direct investment projects. He has acted as a consultant to many of the world's largest corporations as well as many of Indonesia's and Southeast Asia's largest business groups. In addition to his experience with private sector clients, Mr. Castle has also been a consultant to numerous projects for governments and international agencies including the World Bank, IFC, ADB, USAID and the Indonesian government. He was an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in 2008 and 2011.
He currently serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners of motorcycle manufacturer TVS Motor Indonesia. He is on the Advisory Board of Coca-Cola Indonesia. He was appointed by the Minister of Finance as the only non-Indonesian member of the Indonesian National Team to Review Tax Law Changes in 2005. He was one of two foreigners appointed to Indonesia's Tripartite Forum on Industrial Relations in 2001. He has convened numerous conferences and seminars on economic reform, sectoral opportunities and public policy issues. He appears frequently on CNBC, CNN and BBC as a commentator on Indonesian business and politics. Mr. Castle earned a Master's Degree from the University of Hawaii (1972) as an East-West Center student and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan (1968). As a PhD candidate from Cornell University, he conducted research as a Fulbright Doctoral Research Scholar at Universitas Pajajaran (Bandung, 1977) and the Koninklijke Instituut in The Netherlands (Leiden, 1976). He was an East-West Center visiting scholar at Mindanao State University, Philippines (1972), and Gajah Mada.

Komar Darya
Advisory Board Member
Graduated from Economic Faculty of University Padjajaran (Bachelor in Economics). He is a Registered Accountant (D.4116) and member of Indonesian Accountant Institute (IAI).
Formerly had experiences in Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia, Cash Management Manager, Oktober 2008 – 2011, Finance Manager, Joint Operation Agreement (JOA) Pertamina DSI-AOS 2011-2012. as a member in portfolio project and evaluation of performance of operation upstream and subsidiaries, and another project for cash management. As Finance Vice president in PT. Pelita Air Service (2004-2008), Corporate Planning Vice President (2000-2004).
He also a lecturer in Bina Nusantara University and other Universities and training institute for Accounting , Auditing, and Management Accounting subject.
